Medieval Arsenal

What were the weapons of early Gothic knights? What did infantry use in battles? What is the difference between individual types of weapons and armaments? This will be explained to you during attractive and practical lecture on medieval battle accoutrements and armament. Of course accompanied with demonstrations of fighting of individuals as well as complete combat troops.

 

Fraud

If a chance appears somewhere to come to a fortune without any effort, there are always guys to appropriate it, let it be by fraud. How the things could look like in the Middle Age? This is just our “Fraud“ to show you.

 

Vikings

Wild, cruel and frantic barbarians, devastating ruthlessly considerable part of Europe. At the same time the society in the process of formation into “more civilized“ shape of kingdom. In the performances devoted to Vikings you will learn the “democratic way“ how the “JARL“ - chief warrior - could be elected, where the Vikings liked to sail, how they were doing on their quests and what was the end of that all.

 

Courting of Virgin Kunhuta

The event is dated to July 1260 – the time when the Battle of Kressenbrun takes place, where our King Přemysl Otakar II. took the field against Hungarians. In uncertain time single noble-woman virgin Kunhuta finds herself in a special position . As an unmarried lady with considerable property she is in focus of interest of Hungarian nobleman, willing to use any unscrupulous method to get his own way. However, a Czech knight is passing nearby at that time who is not going to leave the beautiful lady at the mercy of her fate.

 

Gothic (and Viking) camp

Your event can be enriched by Gothic tent with contemporary equipment, armament and armour- bearers. Parts of the show in historical camp are demonstrations of manipulation with all sorts of weapons and trying armament and weapons on one’s own skin. The camp can be also enlarged by a small Viking place of encampment.

 

Contemporary Dancing Performance

People always liked dancing – but only towards the close of Middle Age line and round dances started to appear. Dancing liked both the poor as well as the rich. In our dancing performances you can see sprightly dances of villagers and also graceful dances of nobility.

 

Oriental Dances

Our group includes also the girls dancing both oriental (belly) and Indian dances. Therefore we can offer also these dances within the framework of our shows.
